Allah, Destroy the Jews

Egypt’s President Mohammed Morsi participated in prayers over the weekend in which the preacher urged Allah to “destroy the Jews and their supporters.”

In footage of the service from Matrouh governorate’s el-Tenaim Mosque screened on Egyptian state television on Friday, Morsi was shown in fervent prayer as cleric Futouh Abd Al-Nabi Mansour, the local head of religious endowment, declared, “Oh Allah, absolve us of our sins, strengthen us, and grant us victory over the infidels. Oh Allah, destroy the Jews and their supporters. Oh Allah, disperse them, rend them asunder. Oh Allah, demonstrate Your might and greatness upon them. Show us Your omnipotence, oh Lord.”

According to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Morsi could be seen mouthing “amen” to these sentiments. (Just imagine the volume of the noise, in international press and the diplomatic backlash, if the Prime Minister of Israel said “amen” after a similar prayer regarding Arabs! Do you hear any condemnation of Egypt’s President Mohammed Morsi? Precisely!)

Enemy the UN and the West Support

The PA has removed a PA liaison from his job after he recently met with Israeli counterparts to discuss bringing construction material into the Gaza Strip without permission. Faraj was among a group of PA representatives who recently met at the Erez border crossing with IDF officers and representatives of the Israeli Civil Administration.

Will New Unity Work Toward our Zionist Dream?

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced that their parties, Likud and Israeli Beitenu, would run for election in January on one ticket. The united list called "Likud Beitenu" expects to increase its combined 42 Knesset seats out of 120.

Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak

Both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney were not willing to confirm that an attack on Israel would be tantamount to an attack on America during the last debate. Jerusalem as a capital of Israel was not even mentioned! That means that both of them will be prepared to betray Israel in the interest of US’s national security. Israel is standing alone in its fight against Arab terror. It is time for Israeli politicians to realise this and give Israel’s national security and Jewish national aspiration the highest priority, regardless of the opinion of our ‘friends’!

Israel Set for Wider, Deeper Gaza Operation

On a visit to an Iron Dome anti-missile battery, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said: “We didn’t start this escalation but if it continues we are set for a broader and deeper operation.”  He spoke amid ongoing missile attacks from the Gaza Strip - more than 70 Qassam and Grad missiles fired since Tuesday night on civilian towns and villages - and Israeli counter-terror air strikes. The last 13 rockets exploded in Ashkelon on Wednesday afternoon. (Transfer of Jews from Gaza did not bring the peace. Just another operation is not enough - only removal of all enemy population from Gaza, as the first step of the Sinai Option, will end Arab terrorist attacks on Israel!)

White House “Open Door” Policy to Islamists

The Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) has found that scores of known radical Islamists made hundreds of visits to the Obama White House, meeting with top administration officials. Among the visitors were officials representing groups which have been designated by the Department of Justice as unindicted co-conspirators in terrorist trials; terrorist groups including Hamas and Hezbollah; groups that have obstructed terrorist investigations by instructing their followers to not cooperate with law enforcement; promoted the incendiary conspiratorial allegation that the United States is engaged in a "war against Islam"; repeatedly claimed that many of the Islamic terrorists convicted since September 11 were framed by the U.S government as part of an anti-Muslim profiling campaign. (At the same time President Obama has not had time to meet the PM of Israel personally!)

Is Saudi Arabia Next on Israel’s Hit List?

The Saudis are currently in Beijing negotiating to purchase Chinese nuclear capable ballistic missiles. Saudis are shopping for China’s newest Dong-Fen 31 intercontinental ballistic missiles. The DF-31 is China's newest road-mobile, solid-fuel rocket. The DF-31 has a range of 8,000+ km, and can carry a single 1,000 kt warhead, or up to three 20-150 kt warheads.

Zionist Revolt in Likud

In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Likud Anglos’ Executive Director Daniel Tauber rejected the delay on the discussion of the Levy Report due to reservations expressed by Attorney General and Legal Advisor to the Government, Yehuda Weinstein. Tauber expressed support for Netanyahu’s initial decision to raise the Levy Report for discussion and for approval in the Cabinet.

Look Who is Complaining

The Hamas government announced that it would complain to the UN against Israel's "new aggression" against the Gaza Strip. The announcement came following reports that Hamas and other terror groups have formed a joint operations room to coordinate their anti-Israel attacks.

Interfaith is not in anti-Semites’ Vocabulary!

A letter signed by 15 leaders of Christian churches that calls for Congress to reconsider giving aid to Israel because of accusations of human rights violations has outraged Jewish leaders and threatened to derail longstanding efforts to build interfaith relations. (Have they shown the same intolerance toward real violation of human rights by Muslims? No! Those bigots are silent about killing of hundreds Christians by Islamists. Many Christians forced to leave Muslim countries but anti-Semites only care how to make Jews look bad!)

Jewish Professor Murdered by Arabs in Ukraine University

A Jewish professor in the university in Lviv, Ukraine, was murdered by three Arab students. According to initial details, the three students had failed in their studies and sought revenge for their dismissal from the university.

FGM is Driven by anti-Semitism and self-Hating Jews

The Free Gaza Movement, a pro-Palestinian group that seeks to break Israel’s legal blockade of the Gaza Strip, is embroiled in an anti-Semitism scandal. Greta Berlin, the US co-founder of FGM, posted on Twitter in late September that “Zionists operated the concentration camps and helped murder millions of innocent Jews.” Critics argued that Free Gaza’s trafficking in Holocaust revisionism and Nazi propaganda shows the organisation is neither interested in peace promotion nor the well-being of ordinary Palestinians in the radical Islamic enclave of Gaza.

Some Idiots still Protest Against Checkpoints

Last week an Arab Palestinian traveling from West Bank into Jerusalem was stopped at N. Jerusalem checkpoint with eight explosive bomb devices.

State Department in the Dark on Qatar Visit to Gaza

The emir of oil-rich Qatar is the first foreign leader to visit Hamas in Gaza, but the US State Dept. does not seem to be clued in. Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani crossed into Gaza on Tuesday in the first visit by a head of state since the Islamist Hamas movement took over in 2007. During his brief visit, the emir will inaugurate a $254-million Qatari investment project. (And, Qatar did not inform the State Department about the visit! Why, from out of all US allies, must Israel be the only one that must inform the US about her diplomatic and military intentions? Isn’t it “discrimination”?)

Sudanese Factory Produced Iranian Shehab Missiles

The Yarmouk Complex near Khartoum, which was bombed Wednesday, 24 Oct, by four fighter-bombers, recently went into manufacturing Iranian ballistic surface-to-surface Shehab missiles under license from Tehran. Western intelligence believes they were meant as Tehran’s strategic reserve stock in case its own ballistic arsenal was hit by Israeli bombers.

Quote of the Week:

“Some say a nuclear armed Iran would stabilize the Middle East. Yeah, right. That's like a saying a nuclear armed al-Qaida would usher in world peace.” - Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu

Israel’s Totalitarian Left Never Sleeps

by Steven Plaut

There is a species of radical leftist that believes the main purpose of taxpayer-funded universities is to indoctrinate students in radical left-wing ideology. Such people believe the only legitimate form of scholarly research and teaching is to force upon students the ideas and agendas of the left because only these represent correct thinking.

For them, the highest form of academic inquiry is to engage in one-sided advocacy. They believe faculty members at universities should be hired mainly, if not exclusively, on the basis of their devotion to radical leftist ideology.

They believe classrooms should be arenas in which students are immersed into leftist NewThink. They believe student grades should reflect the extent to which the student toes the ideological line of the radical left.

They believe academic conferences and research forums should be restricted to those who advocate the left’s political agenda, while non-leftist dissident thought should be suppressed and barred. Most important of all, they believe those who dare criticize the radical tenured left should be silenced and denounced.

The totalitarian left believes taxpayers are morally obligated to fund the teaching of extremist ideology in the classroom, including by people advocating the demise of those same taxpayers and of their country.

…Nowhere is this ideological extremism so clearly on display as in the Department of Politics at Ben-Gurion University (BGU), a pseudo-academic propaganda and indoctrination centre disguised as an academic department. It is not the only such department in Israel or at BGU, but it may well be the worst.

…The far left faculty members in the department denounce Israel in unison, and some call for world boycotts of Israel. In response to the CHE criticism of the departmental obsession with one-side advocacy, BGU hired three new politics faculty members in order to generate diversity and pluralism - but the three new ones are also leftist radicals.

Students in political science classes at BGU who dare to express pro-Israel opinions tell of being penalised and harassed by the faculty. The single non-leftist faculty member who taught in the department was fired a few years back for incorrect thinking. Diversity and pluralism in the department consist of people of various ethnicities, genders, heights, and weights all advocating leftist and Marxist ideas. Diversity of thought is mercilessly suppressed, and serious academic standards are trashed.

…Recruited by members of BGU’s politics department, foreign members of the academic left and Israeli tenured radicals have been leading the campaign to defend the BGU propagandists.

Academic freedom is achieved by suppressing the right to criticise anti-Israel extremists. The highest form of scholarly research is the promulgation of hate propaganda and anti-Zionist advocacy. Diversity of ideas is achieved by suppressing all non-leftist thought.

And the highest form of public responsibility and accountability is when taxpayers are coerced into paying for the inculcation of extremist ideas that the taxpayers themselves reject and abhor. (Similar infestation of higher education institutions by leftist, anti-Israel agitators can be observed in Australian and US universities, like Berkley!)
